NOTICE OF DEFAULT
Defendant Obama was served with this legal action on 09.11.2012. Defendant Obama was sued as a private individual, as a candidate for office. He was served both at his residence and a courtesy service was made through the U.S. Attorney’s office.(exhibit 1)
In a Meet and Conger with the Assistant U.S. Attorney David DeJute and Roger West, U.S. attorneys confirmed that the U.S. Attorney’s office will not be representing defendant Obama in this case, as he is being sued as an individual, a candidate for office and not as a federal employee. Assistant U.S. Attorneys advised undersigned attorney the Defendant Obama will have to hire his own private attorney. Since Obama was sued as an individual, he was obligated to file an answer within 21 days from the day of service, which means that he had to file an answer by October 2nd. Defendant Obama did not file any answer for 34 days, therefore he is in default for 13 days.

I could not open Exhibit 1. Wow, how did you manage to personally serve Obama at the White House? This is huge!
Does this mean Obama won’t be on the ballot in California? That would mean Romney pretty much has the election in the bag.

Now that Barrack Hussein Obama is at DEFAULT, and you have filed a Notice of Default in the Central California District, in Judge Carter Courtroom, and Government Lawyers will not be allowed to defend Barrack Hussein Obama, what happens when Barrack Hussein Obama refuses answer this Default, which he will probably do?
What will be Judge Carter’s options?

I echo Jay’s sentiments. This country imports a lot crap but it outdid itself when it opened its doors to Dr. Taitz! I could not open the attachment either, but it doesn’t matter since I am sure you know what you are doing and the judge will finally have to give you a default judgment. Maybe when you get that default judgment the country will finally kneel at your ankles and kiss your feet.

@ Kit Carson . I bet tonight’s debate will be a joke. You know the undecided voters that will be asking the questions will be screened so as to make sure nobody ask him about his BC or his SSN, b/c if I was asking a question that would be it lol. They’ll probably be softball questions. Maybe I’m wrong. Orly I have to wait untill Nov 1st to make another donation, now I have a question. You said the government lawyers didn’t “want” to represent O now. Does that mean they don’t want to but they will OR they don’t want to and they will not? Last; I read yesterday that Virgil Goode had a suit in Alabama for candidates to show their BC. He reached out to the Romney camp trying to get Romney to join him in the suit but Romney refused. It’s all strange, almost makes me wonder if Romney’s hiding something. Thank you Orly.

The sad thing about this whole “BIRTH ISSUE” is the Main Stream Media IMMEDIATELY labels any and everybody that QUESTIONS Barrack Hussein Obama place of Birth a “KOOK”.
Know matter who you are, or what you believe, if you are LABELED a “KOOK”, you have NO CHANCE of winning an Election.
I personally believe the STOLEN Social Security Number issue is better to pursue right now, since SOCIAL SECURITY own “E-Verify” has already gone on record confirming the fact that Social Security NEVER, EVER issued the Social Security Number that Barrack Hussein Obama is Currently using. That alone, if true, and nobody has step forward to prove otherwise, makes Barrack Hussein Obama a COMMON CRIMINAL, and unfit, and unqualified to be the President of the United States of America.
In fact Barrack Hussein Obama couldn’t get a job anywhere that check to make sure that you have a VALID Social Security Number.
So I guess Barrack Hussein Obama is really lucky to have any kind of a job right now, and I see he is doing his very best to hold on to it “HOOK or CROOK”.

Anthony: I saw the debate tonight and the audiance was stacked…against Romney! This was the discussion for the last 1/2 hour after the debate ended. And of course, most of the news people talking were (D)’s, too!

I admire your persistance. And I hope that the Default works. At the same time, let us err on the side of caution. Perhaps there are legal tricks waiting to happen. I hope that you are ready for them ( and I believe that you are). You might want to conference with other lawyers to see what those items might be so that you can formulate an effective rebuttal.

Ken, since he is being sued personally, it is outside of the realm of responsibility of Govt attorneys to represent Hussein in the matter. He has to obtain his own counsel. Once again his actions of disregarding the suit shows his continued arrogance toward the American people and the laws we all must abide by. This clown really does think he is excluded from any and all laws. His own actions have proven it. He alone could have ended this whole matter 4 years ago. He has been running scared from Dr. Taitz the whole time. He is the definition of a coward.

Thank you Dr. Taitz. I have been furious about the fact that Obama has been able to avoid answering the legitimate questions posed by citizens of this nation. Due to his very adept spin machine and the dangers inherent in political correctness, this nation was hood winked by one of the slickest individuals we have ever dealt with . This man has literally been spitting in the face of Americans since he was old enough to do so. If I am unable to obtain a passport without providing legitimate documents, how then has this slick Willy been able to be president of the United States, given that his documents are corrupt? Can anyone explain this? Obviously, there were forces at work here, BIG FORCES, POWERFUL INTERNATIONAL FORCES that wanted this man in the whitehouse.
As I reflect upon the path that Obama has traveled during these past three plus years I shudder. His blatant disregard for the rule of law is beyond anything I have ever witnessed. Worse yet, he has gotten away with it. We have set a very dangerous president in this country by allowing him to run form the highest office in the nation WITHOUT DEMANDING THAT HE PROVE THE LEGALITY OF HIS DOCUMENTS.. As a citizen I would ask that after this situation has been settled by the court, Americans must insist that there be put into law, requirements for full transparency of any person
running for the office of president. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Political correctness be damned!!!!! Talk about playing the race card!!!!! If he was a white man he would NEVER have gotten away with this…….not ever.
