Mississippi Democratic Party Executive Committee Motion in Limine 3-22-12[1]
Please, read the motion by the Democratic party. The word insane does not even begin to describe it. They want the judge to allow them to put me on the stand to testify if someone induced me to file all the law suits against Obama. They printed out 21 law suits that I filed against Obama,they are saying that I make the President suffer and they want to examine me.
Well, I will be filing my response to this and other new pleadings by the Democratic party and by the Attorney General of Mississippi (Democrat Jim Hood).
If they want testimony during April 16 hearing in Jackson MS and they claim that It is frivolous on my part to sue Obama, I will have to reciprocate and examine a few individuals under oath.
among them:1. the subject of the law suit Barack Obama. I w3ill be seeking all of his vital records show on what basis does he claim the law suit is frivolous and why doesn’t he have a valid BC or a valis SSN ID
2. Nanci Pelosi. I will seek explanation, why did she change the certificate of candidate and removed the words “eligible under the constitution”
3. AG Holder. Since they want to know if I had financial considerations, I want to know Holder’s financial considerations in not responding to my request for quo Warranto that I submitted to him in 2009 and allowing Obama to continue staying in the position of the US president without any valid identification papers
4. AG of MS Jim Hood. I would like to know, if Mr. Hood had any financial considerations in not prosecuting Obama and instead covering up for him, when he received evidence of forgery and fraud in Obama’s IDs

If you do go on the stand, you can simply admit that many people HAVE induced you to file law suits against Obama.
The number one culprit is Obama himself! By his actions of hiding his actual records, producing forgeries, and vigorously fighting to keep them under lock and key, he has given you no choice!
The others include the DNC, the liberals democrats, the elite repubicans, the media, the corrupt courts, and any and all enablers of the Usurper!

Tell them Pelosi’s, Obama’s, Hawaii’s DoH, etc induced you.
Tell them had the matter been heard on it’s merits, then there would only be ONE law suit.
Tell them, if Obama delivered the “transparency” he promised and produced valid evidence of his eligibility, then there would be no law suits at all.

Either way, all you have to do is subpoena Sheriff Arpaio again, or request they stay their decision until Sheriff Arpaio’s official investigation is over again. Subpoena every elected official who has commented their doubts about Obozo’s natural born status. Subpoena the SCOTUS and demand they define natural born citizen.

The DNC filing a law suit against you saying that you make Obama suffer reminds me of the 2004 election when (John F.) Kerry & Associates filed a law suit against the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth (“SBVT”) saying that the SBVT’s allegations against Kerry were false, libelous and slanderous. However, Kerry & Associates had to withdraw their case during the pre-trial evidenciary hearing because Kerry refused to make his complete military records available even to his own attorney(s).

The “president” suffers because:
1. “Fight the Smears” website stated for about 4 years that Barack Obama’s citizenship was governed at birth by the British Nationality Act of 1948.
2. Obama sponsored and voted for Senate Resolution 511, which explicitly states that a candidate for U.S. President is a Natural-born citizen definitively and exclusively because he or she is born to two parents who are both U.S. citizens.
3. A digital image is not a legal document.
4. The digital “Certificate of Live Birth” posted on the White House web site may be proven to be a fraud in a few minutes by anyone with moderate computer skills and a professional graphics program. It has been shown to be a forgery by internationally recognized experts such as Mara Zebest, and now by Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department.
5. Barry’s Indonesian school records show him as Indonesian citizen.
Above is a very abbreviated list. I suspect that many Obots simply cannot evaluate law or evidence, and therefore honestly believe this is all about a personal attack on Obama or left-right politics. Whoever wrote and filed this motion must be ignorant of the situation or they would not have taken this path. It seems as though this might be one of the strongest positive developments, in giving you Orly the means to subpoena witnesses and documents.

The Mississippi DNC refers to “the privilege of access to the legal system”. Isn’t that a *right* not a mere privilege?

The DNC cannot discuss facts and goes after the person. They are scared to sit in the witness chair, but try to push you instead. They wonder why they cannot commit public crimes and not be bothered. Subpoena Arpaio or just show his video in court as your response to their request. Say they would like this trial to be about you, but unfortunately, it is about Obama and about them. Yes, this works both ways. What documents if any, did Polosi use to determine Obama was a natural born citizen? And any of those documents should be made available for examination. The Hawaii Certifiction of Live Birth, often reffered to,only states “Filed” on it not “Accepted” as others do. What difference is that? A Hawwai state official from the Dept. of Health would have to anser that. There desperation is showing they are faliing apart.

You do not have the right to file motions of any type in Mississippi because you’re only licensed to practice law in CA through your phony correspondence school law degree. You’re not even recognized by the ABA!

Ask them why do all of the Obama birth certificate lawyers speak broken English typical of foreigners. Roberts, Obama, Bauer, Berg, Lambert, Kreep, Van Irion, Ruemiller, Jablonski. Where are their birth cerificates?
Ask them why does the FBI director Mueller with a German name also speak broken English. He has covered up 9/11 and the atomic bomb in the BP Gulf oil well and much, much, more. What country is he from and spying for?

Dr. Taitz, the only possible reason that the DNC would open to you their court blockade or firewall is that the fix is in, the game is rigged, the judge is preselected, prepped, threatened and coerced to guarantee an outcome favorable to the DNC, and the judge’s decision is already written in advance (like Judge Clay Land’s decision against Major Stefan Cook) and stamped “U.S.D.N.C. Approved.”
