Posted on | January 6, 2012 | 13 Comments
I talked to the clerk of judge Nishimura. she promised, that I will have an answer on Monday in regards to moving the hearing on subpoena.
Later I met with a news reporter from FOX HI-KHON2, they have all the pleadings.
Today I filed additional pleadings in 3 different courts. I will provide more information on Monday, after I know, what Nishimura decided to do.

Just how many times do you have to be told “NO means NO”?

Lady Liberty — what were the additional, papers? And, in what, cases?
Please tell us and post the papers, so we can follow, your battle against the Usurper and his co-conspirators.

Orly can’t you just combine the two hearings on jan. 26 and have one? Maybe the 9th circuit could help with this one.

you can’t do that

Orly; you are amazing, a real life dynamo that shames the enregizer bunny. Hawaii is so corrupt that the are frantically blocking any effort to obtain evidence against this fraud, their freedom is now injeopardy, jail time looms for them once the people are aware of their actions. Georgia and Alabam are the beginning of the avalance, the truth will prevail.
Abu, put your head back where the sun dosen’t shine and I am not talking about the sand box you come from.

I believe we are going to have to start calling you the Iron American.
No one is fooled by a corrupt Judge’s actions and likely payback will be jail for Nishimura. How long can a judge stay in office who has lost all credibility with the public? It is very clear that she is in no way objective. In that court, Lady Justice is bound, gagged and scared.

Obama needs to rethink his big mistakes on his bc since he never should of been in the Whitehouse to begin with.

Orly, God bless you for all your work and for taking up the call when others did not. Your persistance and knowledge is going to pay off by getting this country back on track.
Your reward should be to the Supreme Court or a lifetime appointment as the Attorney General of these United States of America.
Thank you.

Why should we listen to Abu Baker?

From what I’m reading on the Net! To think this Judge is willing to sacrifice their career by “KNOWINGLY” committing fraud on the court or warring on the constitution just to save obama.

Orly.
Is it possible to get an adjournment for either one court hearing or the other, so they are not scheduled for the same day?
If this can be achieved, then would it not be better for GA court to be kept to last, so you would have discovery in Hawaii?
