Mr. Betancourt, my appearance before the committee was not an outburst, but a testimony with an undeniable proof of Barack Obama using a stolen Social Security number, forged birth certificate, committing elections fraud and treason. Your answer shows that you are another corrupt and dirty politician, who is maliciously disregarding the truth and the Constitution of this nation, who needs to be removed from the position of the Republican majority leader and who should be and will be tried for treason against this nation together with other corrupt politicians who put a complete fraud and a criminal wthout any valid US identification papers in the White House.

It takes an extraordinary circumstance for me to bother taking time to respond to the gobbledygook that is the “birther” movement. However, your call on House leadership to begin the process of removing Secretary of State Bill Gardner calls for such response.
First, I would like to address your conduct at the Ballot Law Commission hearing on Friday (11/18). Your outburst was unbecoming of any legitimate political dialogue, never mind one as ridiculous as the continued obsession over President Obama’s birth place. I have spoken to the Representatives who were present and expressed to them my strong desire that they immediately disassociate themselves from you and this folly. This country has an opportunity in less than a year to replace this President and it is my fervent hope that we will do so. However, I wholeheartedly reject your request to remove Secretary Gardner or any attempt to bring a criminal complaint of elections fraud or treason.
Bill Gardner is a New Hampshire treasure who has worked tirelessly for Granite Staters and the preservative of our special political culture. The fact that he has drawn this ire establishes his good judgment. Were Secretary Gardner to even entertain your request he would be putting New Hampshire’s “First in the Nation” Primary in grave danger. Please, Dr. Taitz, go away and leave New Hampshire alone.

Mr Bettencourt ought really to be ashamed…and then take a writing course! His true mindset comes out in his letter just like a public hissy-fit. He uses the letter ostensibly to chastise you, but it is obvious he is vexed by “birtherism.” Don’t representatives in New Hampshire have to be familiar with the US Constitution? What a shame for New Hampshire citizens to have be led by less than mediocrity. God Bless you, Orly, and stand tall. Mr Bettencourt has showed his cards….and they are beneath what good citizens deserve.

I believe that the Republicans actually want Obama to remain eligible for the 2012 election because their chances of winning are much higher than with any other candidate. They are not interested in preserving the integrity of the rule of law or doing what is best for the nation. Their only interest is to do what is best for them.

Keep up the good fight Orly. Something stinks in NH and I live here. You have perservered and many of us hope you will continue the fight. Obama is not the only threat to this Constitution but those in our state offices who are blatantly looking the other way. It makes one wonder what they are all afraid of and how they got bought.

Mr. Bettencourt, having New Hampshire hold the first primary in the nation is not as important as making sure that all candidates on the New Hampshire ballot are eligible for the office that they are running for. You do your fellow citizens a disservice by placing ineligible candidates on the ballot. Being first doesn’t amount to a hill of beans if your ballot is flawed.
Dr. Taitz didnt’ do the most elegant job of presenting the challenge to the listing of Obama on the ballot, but you should cut her some slack. She must me absolutely exhausted. If you want to see someone who has worked tirelessly on preserving the integrity of our elections nationwide, you’ll find no one more dedicated than Dr. Orly Taitz.
I know you have a lot of respect for Secretary of State Bill Gardner, but he is failing to do his job by not thoroughly researching the credentials of Barack Hussein Obama II in light of the challenge that Dr. Taitz has presented. There are obvious flaws in identification documents that Obama has presented to date. The SSN that he has used in his 2009 Federal Tax Returns and his Selective Service registration is not his as confirmed by the Social Security department. He presented to the general public an Adobe Photoshop created document that he claimed was a simple photocopy of his original birth certificate. Both of these acts should raise red flags with all election officials around the country.
Dr. Taitz is not alone in demanding that state officials investigate Obama’s eligibility before placing his name on their ballot in 2012. There are millions of us that demand this special level of scrutiny. Not because we oppose Obama politically, but because we want the integrity of our elections to be preserved and the eligibility requirements in the Constitution to be complied with.
Mr. Bettencourt, you owe Dr. Tatiz, the citizens of New Hampshire, and the citizens of the United States an apology and a promise to personally ensure that a thorough investigation of Obama’s eligibility status be conducted.

Orly thank you for re-posting the Friday’s hearing video. I just watched it. Wow! You did a very good job in presenting the facts and the truth. I also just read the comments posted here and I say “Amen” to the Birdy post, and the Proud American post can be applied and sent to Mr. D. J. It is time to replace New Hampshire as the state holding the first Presidential primary. New Hampshire has spit on the US Constitution.
I will support and encourage anyone who works to replace New Hampshire with another state.
Your misfeasance, that of your Secretary of State, and of the “useful idiots” of your so-called Ballot Commission shows unprincipled incompetence and ignorance by public officials that throughly disgraces your state.
If that is not clear to you now, then I suggest you actually read the evidence against Mr Obama and then seriously consider how you are going to be seen in the light of history.

God speed Orly Taitz. I’m in Tennessee but I amm keeping a close eye on these proceedings.the Tenn. State officials are cowards and traitors as well.I suggested to my state rep.that a bill be introduced in the general assy that all candidates be vetted before being placed on the ballot.I was informed that a bill similar to this had died on the house floor and that there was no interest. I responded that there had better be some interest if these sobs wanted to keep their jobs. Calm down she said. I don’t appreciate being threatened with my job.they’re all tone deaf and brain dead.

I saw the video tape. Your question at the end of the hearing about whether any judicial authority has determined whether or not Obama is a citizen betrays your ignorance of the entire issue at hand, the US Constitution’s Natural Born Citizen Requirement for the Office of the POTUS:
IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER OR NOT OBAMA WAS BORN IN HAWAII AS HE CLAIMS BECAUSE HIS LEGAL FATHER WAS NOT A CITIZEN AT THE TIME OF HIS BIRTH AND, BY SUPREME COURT PRECEDENT (not dicta – see naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com) IN THE MINOR V. HAPPERSETT DECISION, A “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” IS ONE BORN IN THE COUNTRY TO CITIZEN PARENTS!!!

Is there any law or regulation in NH that requires vetting and an eligibility determination? I know that they positioned that they had done their job merely by ascertaining the form was completed and the fee was paid. The question for the appeal is, Was that all they were legally obligated to do or not???
