CA attorney Orly Taitz together with several other plaintiffs filed a legal action in Indiana challenging the decision of the Secretary of State of Indiana Connie Lawson and the Elections Commission to place Obama’s name on the ballot in light of the evidence provided to them, showing Obama committing elections fraud and getting on the ballot by virtue of fraud and use of forged identification papers and and his use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was assigned to a resident of CT born in 1890.
Presiding judge Sherry K. Reid ruled that the case can proceed on 3 causes of action: Fraud, Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Negligence.
Today Supreme Court of Indiana notified Taitz that her pro hac vice application was approved. That means that she, as an out of state attorney, was granted a right to represent Indiana plaintiffs.
The case will be modified, whereby Taitz will be listed as an attorney for all the Plaintiffs. A local licensed Indiana attorney agreed to serve as a local contact.
The same local attorney sent Taitz a note thanking her for her patriotism and for all she is doing for this country.
Taitz is asking her supporter to be there in the courtroom for the hearings in the case and help with donations for her pro bono civil rights legal work.

WTG, Orly!!! You’re the best, and I truly believe that if a mammoth investigation were conducted to find ANY American attorney who kept his case alive and kicking for 4 years, such an attorney with such case would never be found.
Gotta salute you lady, you’re top of the line. I would give my left arm and mortgage on my right if Indiana cuts his ass loose from the ballot. I would hold the biggest party my wife and I have ever attempted and would not sober up for at least 6 days.
What do you think of Romney “joking” his way into the birth certificate issue? And to think I was just about to send him a very nasty letter. Hey one my worst habits is shooting from the hip before all the data is in. LOL

Pro hac vice is a professional courtesy. This has no substantive impact on the case, which Orly and her “experts” will lose.

Neil Armstrong died on 25 August when there was NO Crescent Moon. But in the photo Obama released (with HIMSELF rather than ARMSTRONG in it) in memory of a REAL American patriot,
the moon is CRESCENT!!
(a little telegraphing of his true intentions under the guise of a “Taqiyya Photo?”
