Today I was harassed and badgered by a brain dead attorney by name April Blackwell. She saw me in an elevator in the Superior court and started making comments, that my cases against Obama make me look racist. I told her, that it had nothing to do with his race, it had everything to do with the fact, that he is a complete fraud and that he is using a forged BC and invalid SSN ID. She kept calling me names, she kept calling me crazy, and she was really inciting people in the elevator to say something pro Obama and against me. There were 10 people cramped in the elevator. One guy started yelling at me and telling me, that I need to get the hell out of the country. I thought, that this guy might hit me. I asked this lawyer, April Blackwell, if she read the pleadings and saw the expert opinion, showing that the BC is forged, but she said “Oh, the court already told you time and again, that his papers are fine”. If an attorney can be so brain dead or corrupt, what is to say about an average Joe, who is being brainwashed 24/7 by the regime propaganda.
As I left the building and drove to my dental office, I thought, when will this corruption end. What will it take for those Congressmen or judges to do their work? How can they ignore overwhelming, undeniable evidence of forgery and fraud. It’s like living in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. No laws, no Constitution, the regime can do anything to anybody. What are these Congressmen and judges waiting for? For some brainwashed obot to assault me or kill me?
I am extremely worried about everything. It has been 3 weeks, since I filed my Vaughn motion. Judge Lamberth granted the motion by the government within 1 week, however my motion, which is granted routinely, is sitting there for 3 weeks. Where is the impartiality? Vaughn motion is important, as the government is supposed to tell us, what do they have. They don’t disclose the content of the document, but prepare a list of available documents.

Dr. Orly. The first thing you should do is get yourself an small digital audio recorder and carry it everywhere you go. If things start to really get violent, hire an armed bodyguard. I would love to come out to California and work in that capacity, but my Firearms License is not valid in your State. Also, document any death or violent threats you get, so you can go to your County Sheriff and apply for a CA pistol carry license for yourself. I understand that the Orange County Sheriff will issue without too much hassle. This could save you or your family in any future problems with nasty people. i would put nothing past some of these scum. Just a word to the wise.

Apparently left wing political correctness has preeminence over the rule of law. It doesn’t matter that he commits SSN & BC fraud since he means well? This is out right absurd! Doesn’t anyone in the FBI, DOJ, SCOTUS have any courage at all to obey the oath that they themselves pledged to defend the constitution? Mrs. Taitz, I have been with you since the beggining, since BEFORE the 2008 election, and I still stand beside you now! Many, MANY Americans do! I wonder the same thoughts almost daily…when will this end…when will the Govt. corruption cease and our country can begin to establish some normality? When will our people FIGHT for THEIR constitution. I write, call, plead, post and spread the word almost on a daily basis. I also am very worried and discouraged.But I guess we have no choice but to keep trying to bring the truth about the fraud Obama into the light. Otherwise, he wins.

ALWAYS have someone accompany you when going to these public venues who can be a witness to a confrontation from these thugs. Digital video device in hand would be recommended.

I would not advise tape recording conversations of others absent their knowledge and consent without first checking the relevant laws. In Massachusetts, prosecutors have come up with creative interpretations of laws against wiretapping so as to cover making tape recordings of public meetings. I don’t know what the laws (or legal interpretations) might be in California on this subject.

Orly, I keep wondering when our military commanders are going realize they have a fraudulent CIC and will take some action to remove him. THEY took an oath to defend America and the Constitution, against ALL enemies. Is there anybody you know in the military who could help you in this way? They are not brain dead; they have to know Obama is a phony who let one of their own, Terry Lakin, go to prison because he could not come up with any documentation to prove otherwise. As a police officer, if the US marshals permit you to carry a recorder connect it to a mic on your person. I recommend that the mic be visible so they can see it. The person will see that you have a mic and may not talk,if the person speaks let them speak and you record. If your offended you can file a complaint with the USA marshals. I know your doing a good job and I am proud of you. California is Obama country, full of democrats be careful.

I think Hippy Biker is right! You need to get some protection…in some form. Also, Orly, I’m surprised that someone in that elevator wouldn’t have stuck up for you!
This really is wild to read. Doesn’t that court building have police? security? I’d maybe file a “restraining order” on this character! She sounds like she can’t keep herself under control??
Maybe, also, get your self-defense geared up? If she’s black, then, I’d definitely file some kind of an “order” to keep her mouthy butt away from you! A tape-recorder is great!
Don’t take the crap off of her! You stick right up and straighten out her thinking process!!! This is the part of life that sometimes forces a person to “step outside the box” and let’s the aggressor know that they can’t dump on you!

Orly, this is what I go through with some of the “corn-cobs” where I live! They love trying to push someone into a conflict! But it doesn’t work! I’ve learned how to handle them! I come right back at them, by telling them off, and wait–for them to start it! Then, I finish it!
If they get put in their place, they will learn to take a pill for their “cycle”! Even a guy…what kind of a guy would do this? On the order of “You Know Who?”

And…maybe, if you can, have one or both of your sons accompany you, at various times, but stand in different locations of the elevator! And change the (timeframe) when you do this, so no one will know if you have someone there to act as a witness! Have them work “covertly!” It’s too bad I wasn’t there, I would’ve acted as your bodyguard, if anything started!
If you have to defend yourself…do it in a “defensive manner” so let the other obot, robot, dumbot start it, then, you can finish it in some fashion–to your satisfaction! I’ve learned to come back at them, but without violence!

What never ceases to amaze me about these individuals, is the almost super-human strength it must take to willfully suspend reality…ad infinitum! in order to make it through every day as an Obamaphile. But it goes a little deeper than that. At the root of this mental disorder and emotional dependency, is an overwhelming sense of liberal white guilt that they simply cannot assuage, no matter how obsequious and slavish they are to him, it is never enough. It is as if they feel they carry the entire holocaust of ante-bellum slavery on their shoulders, and a thousand lifetimes of penance and contrition would still not be enough. It is becoming more and more clear (to all but the hopelessly obtuse) that there is a direct link between this rotten ideology and messianic cult-worship, and a profound psychological disorder. Whatever the cause of this malady, be it genetic or born of indoctrination and subversion, it is wholly at odds with reason and reality.

I am suggesting again: We the people must organize many small groups with the goal to demand and schedule visits to see our elected representatives and senators. They would dodge and hate us, yet formally they MUST receive their constituents and listen to them. We must appear before them with recording equipment and force to discuss only the ineligibility issue: nothing else.
I am ready to join such a group and travel on my own dime to the DC when the appointment is definitely made.
We must obsess and haunt them: one group after another.

Sometimes I just sit and ponder about all the corruption that is taking place in Washington DC and elsewhere. And nobody who is somebody seem to care. It is so FRUSTRATING!!
I have to wonder, what does Barry (Obama) know that is so damning to the the people in Washington that no one will even attempt to prosecute this fraud. What does he know that keeps the truth from being reported and discussed.

I work in an office and two (out of 100) are Obama supporters. however, over the many months of reading your website as well as Post $ Email and World Net Daily and talking with these two men each and every day for 6 months, they are now finally asking me “what is new with Orly’s Law suits?” They have recently become obama “doubters” and because of my constant updates, they have come to realize that they voted for a fraud. It takes months and months to educate the uneducated. Don’t let it get you down. You are doing a great job and whether or not you know it there are people like me that look at your website each and every day and I in turn inform 20 other people who keep up with you through me. People ARE interested, nobody I know likes Obama and so many people dislike the man. Orly, you should organize a national march to bring awareness of the social security fraud. 1 million men/women march. That will help our case tremendously. We need to walk to the White House, to the FBI’s office, police stations, etc. all over the country. We need to get the authorities to start doing their jobs. I assume when you walk to a police station in mass and give them evidence of the SS fraud, they can’t just ignore it. There is a lot of liability involved and they’ll get the FBI involved. The sooner the march the better!

there is only that much one person can do, but you can take organization of the march on yourself. Keep in mind, that you need to get a permit and you cannot march on the police station. Stand strong Orly. If anyone is to save this country it will be you. The cowardice and corruption of both Democrats and Republicans as well as so called Conservatives is beyond belief. I am sure that there are millions of Americans who are rooting for you but you wouldn’t know it because of the “vermin in the media”, to quote Michael Savage. Could you go on Savage’s show? He has millions of listeners all in agreement that Obama has to go.

Orly, I would have had your “back” in the elevator! Also, the man there sounded like he was ignorant like Blackwell and was begging to get punched. I used to box and for me it is one hit and he would be down! ps-I do not advocate violence but we do know it is what the left likes when they do it.

I run into the same brain dead people.
I have two friends who are jewish, one a retired school teacher her husband a retired attorney, both republicians and both hate Obama.
I remarked to them : “Of course you know the BC
that Obama released on April 27, 2011 is a forgery”.
The reply: “But Donald Trump said it is valid”.
I asked:”Do you both know what a *.PDF file is”.
They said:” yes”.
I said” : did they exist in 1961″.
They said : “Of course not, not even computers existed then”.
I replied: “Then how could the BC obama released be in *.PDF file format”.
They Replied:” Maybe is was put into *.PDF format when they scaneed it to make copies”.
I said Xerox machines do not put copies into
*.PDF files and neither do computer scanners if you are only makeing a copy, in which case it would be in a image file BC.JPG….
The only reason to use an OCR program to convert a scanned document to *.PDF format is if you are going to edit it.
The 4/27/11 BC.PDF had 9 levels of editing.
The file was opened and all levels were and still are available!
The BC.PDF was created using components from several real BC’s.
I am equally fustrated with these idiots.
They did not even want to listen to me!
I have gotten similiar reactions from other friends who are republicians and hate Obama.
I actually think it is some form of

If this woman is so concerned that what you are doing makes you look like a racist, it tells me appearance is of the utmost importance to her. I would not want her representing me, I know her kind…. This woman has no idea what is really going on. How will she feel when she has lost all her freedoms? By then it will be too late and she will be the sorry one. Let’s not let people like her stop you (and us). She doesn’t know what she doesn’t know and may some day be very grateful for all you have done. On a lighter note, it seems this ranting woman knows more about you than she does the man in the white house. Is that some how a compliment?

In the physical realm, I would recommend avoiding any cramped environment, always taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and hiring a bodyguard(s) if you have the means. Perhaps, most importantly, I would advise that you try some reverse psychology – something our Lord would do. It “pours heaping coals” on your enemies.
Let me give you a real-life example of when I used this myself. I tried this once with great success when my life was in danger in a similar situation in Atlanta, Georgia, back in 1985 before there were affordable, ubiquitous cellphones. My cousin and I had decided to visit Atlanta to see some friends and party. When we got to town, he wanted to check out the Westin Hotel which resembles a giant cylinder and has a rotating restaurant on the top level. We tried to find a public payphone in this hotel, but we were not successful. I suggested we try the Greyhound bus station across the street to find a payphone to get in touch with our friends. Well, there were about 15-20 black dudes hanging out on the street in front of the doors to the Greyhound bus station, and they were itching for a fight. They provocatively called me and my cousin names like “faggots, honkeys…(and some names I cannot print).” Well, instead of retaliating, I chose to “ignore” their evil comments and respond with a pleasant “Hey, fellas, how’re y’all doing?” It completely disarmed them. When I left, as they continued their provocations, I replied, “and y’all have a good day, too, now!” We made it into and out of the Greyhound bus station without a scratch or a scruffle. Downtown Atlanta in those days was about as bad as New York City – a no man’s land for white guys after dark.
What you, Orly, and all of us are up against is a “spiritual” force of evil. When all of the behavior of both political parties, the courts, the military, the FBI, the CIA, the Justice Department, the State of Hawaii’s Department of Health, and the legislatures – State and federal – makes no sense, the answer can almost always only be found in the spiritual realm. This evil force is controlling the powers that be. Your greatest protection can be found in the Lord and only the Lord. I pray that Almighty God blesses you and keeps you in the palm of His hands and that His mighty angels keep watch over you day and night.

Orly may be able to expose Obama and have him imprisoned for his crimes, but there is nothing that can be done about the portion of our population that are so screwed up that they don’t care if America’s first black President is a fraud, identity thief, criminal, and enemy to the Constitution and the country. That is truly sad.
As long as he is black and liberal, it doesn’t matter to them how much of a criminal he his. We may be able to put Obama in prison, but how do we turn these citizens around who are so ignorant and have such abhorrent attitudes?
