As you know, Obama signed a Dream Act, where he gave amnesty by fiat to some estimated 800,000 illegal aliens, who came here as children.
This is the biggest assault on our system of law and lawful elections.
First, as with any number coming from the government, it is a bogus number. The government is telling you that we have only 11-12 million illegals. Other statistical data shows this number to be more like 25-30 million. When I talked to the senior deportation officer John Sampson, he told me that the real number is more like 42 million of people who came here illegally or overstayed their visas. Rest assured that the vast majority of them will claim that they came here as children. It is impossible to verify all of their information, most will lie and in states like CA or NY or WA nobody will check. This will completely undermine our elections, as they will be getting drivers licenses and will be voting and all of them will be voting for their messiah Obama. With millions of illegals voting we can kiss the rule of law goodbye. There are only 2 ways to stop this:
1. prosecute ObamaForgeryGate and remove Obama from the WH and send him to the Big House
2. Impeach him for the Dream act as a total subversion of the Constitution
Burn the phones, call Congress, demand immediate impeachment of Obama for the Dream act and his criminal prosecution for use of CT SSN 042-68-4425, whih was assigend to an elderly individual in CT and for his use of forged IDs.

Is there a process we can use to file a criminal complaint against the White House Staff that was involved with posting the forged birth certificate on the White House Website?
We have the follwing testimony of Mike Zullo.
“During the course of the investigation, Maricopa County Sheriff CCP lead investigator, Mike Zullo, asked Hawaii’s Deputy Attorney General, Jill Nagamine, to validate the information about Obama’s birth on the internet image by corroborating it with the contents of the original paper version of the birth record filed with the State of Hawaii.
Nagamine refused to do so.
“At one point during the conversation, I held up a copy of that document, (a paper copy of the internet image of Obama alleged 1961 “Certificate of Live Birth”), and I asked her, point blank, ‘is this a copy of the document you provided Mr. Obama’s attorneys?’” he stated in a July 17th MCSO press conference.
Cowering behind legal nonsense, Nagamine refused to validate Obama’s birth certificate.
“During the course of our conversation, going back and forth, it became very apparent to us that the Deputy Attorney General was doing nothing more than hiding behind state statutes with every question we asked,” said Zullo.
Maybe a tactic like this will get some of the accomplices to start talking.

I wonder If Barry Sneaky was trying to sneak in LEGAL AMNESTY for himself when he signed the “DREAM ACT”.
Even if the “DREAM ACT” did give Barry Sneaky LEGAL AMNESTY, I not so sure that it would be enough to clear him of all the CRIMES Barry Sneaky has allegedly committed on to his way to HIDING OUT in our WHITE HOUSE.

It is my understanding that the Dream Act did not pass out of either the House or Senate, so WHAT Bill/Act is Barack Obama signing? Thus regardless of what he signs, it is not law, therefore he is acting without constitutional authority. So why is the Republican held House letting him get away with this? Why are they not filing suit in federal court to stop Obama’s illegal acts? Why are they not holding hearings and exposing that he is violating the constitution? Also where are the Republicans senators? Why are they not calling Obama to account here? Where is presumptive candidate Romney?
Finally, why has the Republican held House not held hearings on the bona fides (or lack thereof) re Barack Obama? (1) Birth Certificate – it turns out that Obama was the original “birther” claiming from 1991-2007 in his agents’ brochure that he was born in Kenya, the irregular fact that the birth certificate of Nordyke twins is numbered after Obama’s even though they were born after Obama and their births were registered after his (clearly an anomaly), and the almost universal claim that the long form certification of live birth Obama/White House released on 6/27/11 is a layered document and a forgery (attested to by numerous experts); (2) Obama’s social security number issued out of Connecticut, when there is no known connection that Obama or his immediate family had with that state (and experts have claimed documents show it was illegally obtained); (3) Obama’s selective service documents appear to be false and tampered with (attested to by several experts); and, (4) almost all of Obama’s school records and Illinois bar records are sealed.
Again, where is the Republican House?

It’s the BEST I’ve ever READ on Barry Sneaky’s SHORTCOMINGS.
You hit the BULL’S EYE on lot of REASONS that Barry Sneaky has absolutely NO RIGHT to be in OUR WHITE HOUSE, and maybe NO RIGHT to be in OUR COUNTRY.
I think every members of CONGRESS should be required to read your ARTICLE.
It also would be great if all TALK SHOW HOSTS were also required to read it, then REPORT on it.

You are right the Dream Act Failed. Obama made something like it with Executive Order bypassing something congress just expressed it was bad for the US especially with the current economic condition and loss of American jobs. I think signing orders for everything that way is technically illegal. I think it is a large number of them. I herd about the social security being from someone born in the 1800 s. I also herd about a problem with the service card. I don`t know what it was exactly. Everything they do is either a out right LIE or something to better themselves and the UN. These democrats do not represent the US.

The House has no grounds to impeach Obama, so they won’t. With Ryan as a VP, Romney has no chance of winning. Time to buckle down for 4 more years of Obamaism, and hope that Orly can find a legal solution.

I’ll say this much if America does not vote Obama out she was never the nation she claimed to be (or the one she tells her children is now) and deserves everything she gets if she does not vote principle and morality as opposed to politics economy.

As noted various times previously the in-house figure regarding illegal aliens in the country the border patrol and the immigration service used back in the 1970s was 20 million or so. All the evidence indicates this figure has grown significantly over the past four decades; even the 42 million figure probably doesn’t reflect today’s reality.

Where I wrote in comment no. 3 above, “…, the irregular fact that the birth certificate of Nordyke twins is numbered after Obama’s even though they were born after Obama and their births were registered after his (clearly an anomaly), …” – the word “after” regarding the birth certificate of the Nordyke twins, should have been the word “before”, so the passage should have been written as follows:
“…, the irregular fact that the birth certificate of Nordyke twins is numbered before Obama’s even though they were born after Obama and their births were registered after his (clearly an anomaly), …”
Barack Obama’s Hawaii Certification of Live Birth (the long form) has: (1) he was born on August 4, 1961; (2) in the Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital; (3) the birth was registered on August 8, 1961; and, (4) the certificate was given number 151 61 10641.
The Nordykes’ Hawaii Certifications of Live Birth (the long form) have: (1) they were born on August 5, 1962 [Susan Nordyke at 2:12 pm and Gretchen Nordyke at 2:17 pm]; (2) in the Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital; (3) both of the births were registered on August 11, 1961; and, (4) the certificates were given numbers 151 61 10637 for Susan Nordyke and 151 61 10638 for Gretchen Nordyke.
Thus the Nordyke twins were born a day after Barack Obama in the SAME hospital and their births were officially registered three (3)days after Barack Obama’s was officially registered, yet the official numbers on the Hawaii Nordyke Hawaii Certificates of Live Birth PRECEDE, have earlier numbers than, numbers BEFORE, the Certificate of Live Birth for Barack Obama.
Clearly, that is an irregular fact – an anomaly.
How could this occur? How did this occur?
Why has Barack Obama failed to explain how that could occur?
Why has Barack Obama refused to allow (and prevented) inspection of the official Hawaii archives to determine how this occurred?

Barack Obama has had all his records sealed, has hired an army of attorneys and spent MILLION$ of dollars to defeat each and every lawsuit that simply seeks to establish his bona fides. To establish the TRUTH.
Yet he has claimed that he was and would be Mr. Transparency. Yet he (and his lackeys) smeared and slurred those honest American citizens who sought his bona fides “birthers”. Yet it turns out that the “birther-in chief”, the original “birther” – was Barack Obama himself.
Why has the main stream media failed to report, investigate and get answers to determine how it occurred that the certificates of live birth have irregular numbers? or how it occurred that Barack Obama was the original birther?
Why have the Democrats failed to investigate and get answers to how to determine how this occurred?
Why have the Republicans failed to investigate and get answers to how to determine how this occurred? Why have the Republicans who control Congress failed to hold hearings, question witnesses and subpena official documents/ records to determine how this occurred?
Why have the courts (both state and federal, including the United States Supreme Court) torpedoed every case brought by concerned American citizens seeking to establish the bona fides of Barack Obama and to determine how the irregular numbered certificates of live birth occurred? That Barack Obama was/is the original birther?
As Justice Louis Brandeis stated: The most important political office, is that of private citizen.
As Justice Robert Jackson stated: It is not the function of the Government to prevent the citizen from falling into error, it is the function of the citizen to prevent the Government from falling into error.
