No connection to eligibility, just a beautiful sport which is in the finale of the Olympics

Typically the last couple of days of the Olympics one can watch the Rhythmic gymnastics competitions. You can see it at link. Rhythmic gymnastics is a tradition in my family, as both my mom and I used to be in this sport. Rhythmic gymnastics was criticized as being more of an artistic performance than the competition, however it is a sport that requires a lot of training and a lot of dexterity and concentration. There are less traumas in Rhythmic Gymnastics and it is a truly beautiful sport.
Today we are rushing towards equality and political correctness in everything. We are seeing women weightlifters and women boxers. As we were watching some of these competitions, my father, who used to be a weightlifter, commented that with all of the equality and political correctness femininity is being lost.
What do you think? Should women strive to lift as much weight as men? Should there be equality in everything, or should there be a difference, women being women and men being men?

That was an absolutely stunning performance. I think gymnastics take more skill than any other sport especially gymnastics using the prompts. Unbelievable performer. Thank you for sharing.

When I heard there was women’s boxing in the Olympics, I wanted to puke, can you imagine that pathetic sport?
