   Before you get too excited Orly I suggest you read some of these bills. There’s not a sign of “two citizen parents”. Let me get you started with the latest Texas Bill ( not the original – Leo Berman has filed a new version) the key part is:

   “(d)AAThe secretary of state may not certify the name of a
   candidate for president or vice-president unless the candidate has
   presented:
   (1)AAthe candidate ’s original birth certificate
   indicating the name of the hospital and the physician of record; or
   (2)AAfor a candidate whose birth was not documented in
   the manner required by Subdivision (1), a document certifying the
   candidate ’s birth in the United States.”

   Defenders of the Constitution,

   The language of the eligibility bills must be tightened to the the usurper proof level so we do not ever have to go through this terrible crisis again…..

   Please read each word and demand changes where necessary.

   We have got to get unionized and organized on the bill front…..in order to really crank up the demand on the eligibility bills.. We may form coalitions in support of the bills with a facebook page or websites…in states where there are bills…

   If your state does not have a bill support and join the coalitions in states that do.

   Petitions,,, I know you may be tired of petitions but there needs to be petitions in support of these bills all of this needs to happen asap…..

   The info above is a starting point….get the bill info and circulate it this is a key point is circulating the info….

   Orly:…if they wouldn’t have thought to add that info on the (2) citizen parents, then, maybe have the supporters in the states that haven’t added this item to the bill…(and maybe include the item of the “excessive amounts of social security numbers,” etc., as well)…to, indeed, add the “extra” wording, to help “cover all the bases!”

   Thanks for the run down of the states, I will make contact with our gov. and send that info you suggested. He does think along “conservative lines” of politics!

   And he was a former attorney and he does support the “eligibility law suit(s)” that you are involved with! Although, it appears that the (D) attorney general doesn’t support that, I found out! That wording is very important!

   From extremely high and very credible sources within the Judicial system, it has been reported that Obama and his legal team lost their arguments to have this case dismissed. The Court heard the applicable arguments from each side and held, in short form; the Obama did not meet the residency requirements as set forth in the Constitutional of the United States of America. A preliminary vote in favor of the Plaintiff was taken, with Associate Justice Elena Kagan not voting due to her previous political relationship and involvement with Obama’s birth certification issues.

   The Supreme Court is holding on to the decision and will not publish its decision for the sake of the American political process. What does this mean and why would they choose this path?

   Dr. Taitz — Can you draft a sample bill that you would recommend be passed by each state to cover all the issues? Many of the bills ignore the 14 years of residency. And, in addition to having one or more non citizen parents, there are other ways a candidate can be a dual citizen. So, none of these bills is tight enough.

   As a constitutional law expert, what do you suggest be the full language to be adopted by each state?

    Actually, I was reading the Story of Ed Falcone and how he was robbed by the Bushs’, Clinton’s, Mitt Romney and is now sueing to get his money back. This is very interesting because it implicates O who knows about it and covered to save Biden. O knows and is doing nothing about it, another criminal act by our leader!!

    Judge Roll was not the target, Phil. Jared Loughner left explicit written evidence that makes it clear Representative Gifford was his intended target. And fyi, Loughner also left extensive written and video evidence that he was a member of the Sovereign Citizens movement, which is universally regarded as being extreme right-wing. Sheriff Mack makes a handsome living lying to people like you.

    Keep working on that quotation-mark thing, and maybe someday you’ll be able to write at a third-grade level.
