If this letter was written by an aide, I would expect the phrase, “please to not communicate with me my ordinary mail”. This is written by an attorney!

Looks to me like they’re looking for a way out of having to respond. What could be more “material and relevant” than the enemy within. Seems their “privileges and rights” include not having to honor their oath of office.

I think it prudent to write to todd and let him know why “the People” think it’s relevant.

The only thing material to the work of Congress, that would be related to the questions asked in Dr. Taitz subpoena, would be, in my opinion as a legal dilettante, the fact that a District US Attorney misrepresented the facts to a judge, that he was representing the Representatives in Congress in that Court, without their consent or knowledge of that fact. If that is not a crime, a law should be enacted to make it so.

I write on behalf of the Honorable Bob Goodlatte, United States Representative for the
6th congressional district of Virginia, and the Honorable Darrell Issa, United States
Representative for the 49th congressional district of California, regarding subpoenas ad
testfficandum that we have become aware of in connection with the above referenced proceeding.
Both subpoenas are dated April 3, 2013, and are returnable on April 18, 2013.
Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives requires all Members of the
House to determine, among other things, whether subpoenas issued to them are “material and
relevant” and “consistent with the privileges and rights of the House.” See H.R. Rule VIII(3),
1 13th Cong. (2013) (copy enclosed). To assist Congressmen Goodlatte and Issa in making these
determinations, please provide me a proffer, in writing, of precisely what information you seek
as well as how and why it is material and relevant to your case.
I would appreciate hearing from you by no later than Wednesday, April 10,2013. Due to
the stringent mail delivery procedures put in place by the House after the anthrax and ricin
attacks several years ago, please to not communicate with me my ordinary mail at the address
above. Rather, please use fax (2021226-1360) or electronic mail
    (todd.tatelman@mail.house. gov).
    Re:
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you

Just the mere mention of anthrax and ricin is insulting! And it does look like they’re trying to get out of showing up.

no, I talked to their attorney, he is very well aware of what is going on.
They will testify if the judge is not complicit and not seeking to cover up the crime of the century

Mrs. Taitz, the one question that should be asked of this Attorney, and The Represenatives is “Who Do They WORK For?”
It seems to me that Politicians Live and Work for Themselves… The People are NOT being Represented.

What do you mean by ‘they will testify’?

Testify to what and when and where?

I thought they had simple YES or NO questions to answer in writing – by sometime in March.

    Orly,

When men in responsible positions are faced with certain evidence of extreme crimes and they begin to discuss Rules of Evidence these are not Statesmen, but imposters with no intention of defending the Constitution nor the Law. If they were men of Honor, several years ago they would have called Hearings before their respective Committes and issued Subpoenas to all involved. Don’t trust them in the least amount.
