    How could Obama sign the document on July 30 when the postal stamp says it had already been mailed on July 29?

    Somewhere, over the years, I saw the form posted online and one could see that it was an SSA form, not in existence in 1980 when it was supposedly filled out. It is obvious he NEVER filed until it was necessary, with fake ID, to run for public office. Why would a citizen of Indonesia, who came back to America (never naturalized) as legally name Barry Soetoro have any need to register? Or as a foreign student going to college on foreign student funds?
