8 hours marathon hearing in Ebola, quarantine case in Brownsville, TX. No decision yet

It was an extremely exhausting 8 hour session, from 10 am till 6 pm, barely made my flight to CA, just arrived and exhausted after 2 days with no sleep. The judge wants to think some more.
I will provide a full report tomorrow after I get some sleep. Bottom line, the judge said at the end of the hearing: privately I agree with you, as a matter of fact I believe that privately Mr. Kisor (Obama’s attorney) also agrees with you, but I need to make a decision whether I have legal grounds to grant you the relief you are seeking.
My epidemiology expert testified for 3 hours. There were 3 attorneys for the government, they put on the stand Dr. Escobedo, he is a CDC quarantine officer, he designed their protocol which they use at JFK.
He stated that his protocol is great and works. I told him to tell it to Nina Pham and Amber Vinson, 2 Dallas nurses who caught Ebola.
The person who signs the quarantine for the government is a CDC Division Chief, Marty Citron, he signs on behalf f the Secretary of Health and Human Services Sylvia Burwell.
Escobedo stated that they de facto have a quarantine. I asked, what is it. He said that they give people from West Africa a kit. I asked what is in the kit, he said instructions, he phone number of the CDC and a thermometer. (I did not ask where they should put this thermometer)
I asked about the risk level for providers. He said: very law. I asked, how come 450 doctors and nurses in Africa, who were covered in Hazmat gear head to toe, caught Ebola and 232 of them died. How could this happen with a very low risk?? He tried to weasel out of it by saying that it is a very low list for every patient, but since they treated many patients, the risk added up. He later admitted that Ebola is indeed the highest level 4 risk. I asked, isn’t it true that we have only 22 level 4 beds in the country. He said that this number does not surprise him.
I asked, if he is aware that WHO predicts 1.5 million Ebola cases by January. I made a calculation that if we have now 10,000 Ebola cases in Africa and 4 patients in US, then with 1.5 million in Africa, using the same proportion, we would have some 600 in US. I asked him, how can we treat 600 Risk 4 patients, if we only have 22 Risk 4 level beds? He did not really have an answer.
Escobedo stated that this is their de facto quarantine. Even the judge got exasperated and told him: Doctor, what kind of quarantine is it, if these people are walking around, taking subway, going bowling and exposing thousands to Ebola?
Judge jokingly added: here is a lesson to you, always bring your own shoes while bowling.
The judge also grilled the Chief of Border Patrol. Judge Hanen told him that he read in Wash Post that Obama ordered printing a large n umber of IDs, which is an indication he is preparing a large amnesty. Judge Hanen asked Chief Kevin Oakes, wouldn’t this big amnesty be a magnet to another flood of illegals, who will hope to get legalized like their brother-en and predecessors. Oakes agreed that if Obama sticks us with this new mega amnesty, we will see a huge flood of illegals storming the borders. The judge asked Oakes if he is prepared. Oaks said that they got millions of rounds of ammunition

Quarantined Ebola Nurse Goes Outside; Police Watch
A nurse who treated Ebola patients in West Africa said she plans to end her voluntary quarantine and even stepped outside her home briefly on Wednesday.
Kaci Hickox’s words and actions signaled a potential showdown with state police monitoring her home and state officials seeking to legally enforce the quarantine. Police stood across the street and watched as Hickox held an impromptu press conference outside with her boyfriend.
State officials are seeking a court order allowing state troopers to detain Hickox, said Department of Health and Human Services Commissioner Mary Mayhew.

New York City’s first Ebola patient, Dr. Craig Spencer, allegedly lied to authorities initially, telling them he’d isolated himself in his apartment before becoming ill, then changing his story after detectives followed a credit card and MetroCard trail, The New York Post reports.

“He told the authorities that he self-quarantined. Detectives then reviewed his credit-card statement and MetroCard and found that he went over here, over there, up and down and all around,” a source said told the Post.
Spencer allegedly changed his story when a police officer “got on the phone and had to relay questions to him through the Health Department.”
Officials then retraced Spencer’s steps.

Thank You for your efforts. This really a NO-BRAINER for this Judge. I don’t like the sound of his answer about “Privately” I agree with you but I have to see if I have authority? He doesn’t know what authority he has? He means he has to check “Politically Correctness” It is unbelievable that all these people are willing to risk our lives (and their own). It makes no sense, however you are the only chance this country has. I didn’t hear even the slightess peep on the news about this hearing. SAD I will send another donation.

Thanks for your tireless efforts. I pray we will have a positive outcome, however I am guardedly optimistic given what the Judge said. “Privately I agree with you but I have to see if I have legal grounds?” All this time we have been waiting for this hearing surely he could have researched and found out if he has “Legal Grounds” BEFORE the hearing date. This is a NO-BRAINER decision. It blows my mind to think that all these people are willing to expose this country (and themselves) to these things and they just don’t care. It is more important to be “Politically Correct” I will send you another donation and I hope others will also. I listened all day yesterday for some word on the news about this hearing. The silence was deafening, Shamefull. Thank You Orly.

The judge has standing or nobody does and we have become a dictatorship. Obama does anything he wants. This entire administration live like kings. They spend our money at will and only use the law to enslave the rest of us. What a farce. How can we ever trust our media again. One big giant cover up. It sounds as though the hearing actually went well and in your favor, HOWEVER, it is also crystal clear that the Judge telegraphed his decision yesterday:
” . . .but I need to make a decision whether I have legal grounds to grant you the relief you are seeking.”
It will be unchallengeable when he decrees he does NOT have the legal grounds to save America.

If Hagen comes back with “no standing” will you pursue this? “Amendment 11 – Judicial Limits. Ratified 2/7/1795.
The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.
This clearly states that U.S. JUDICIAL POWER cannot be commenced by citizens of ANY FOREIGN STATE. Likewise, a State court has no constitutional power either.”

Since Obama is stricken from his mother’s passport, his citizenship status is in question and this article of the constitution does not allow the courts judicial power to be used when he answers your torts. You could challenge every answer or motion that his lawyers make until Obama’s citizenship is established. They always attack your standing and the constitution allows you to attack his standing as well. If he is not a citizen, the court cannot hear his arguments regarding your standing. The constitution requires evidence and discovery of state citizenship and foreign citizenship before U.S. judicial power can be applied.

But if he is going to do that, why wouldn’t he just recuse himself and not put him and all of you through this?

It gets better than that for the little conniption queen. Kaci “The Crybaby” Hicox is more than employed by the CDC who has a lawyer who visits the White House. She is an intelligence officer within the CDC, trained by the military.
